Intro

PMP (Plastic Materials and Processes) is a group of companies who partner with its suppliers and customers to bring specialised thermoplastic sheet and film materials to industries within the markets we represent. Our aim is to work closely with our supply and customer base to not only provide thermoplastic materials but the manufacturing processes and technology to be cost effective and provide a full solution for the end users. PMP supplies throughout the world, all plastic materials total process solutions and have a history of loyal dedicated international clients and supply partners.

History

In 1989 Calsak Corporation International Auckland, New Zealand was set up by to service plastic sheet distributors and large end users. In 1993 Calsak Corporation International Sydney was established. During this time the relationship with Senoplast Klepsch and Co, Austria was developed to grow sales for specilised multi layered coextruded Senosan sheet into the Australasian markets. In 1996 we bought a local distribution company servicing NZ customers and from this became distributors for ICI Acrylics now Lucite international. Not long after in 1997 Calsak Corporation sold its business in the Australasian region and Senco Network was formed.

In 2004 the group of companies changed its name to Plastics Materials and Processes (PMP). From these humble beginnings PMP has developed sales around the world in supplying speciality plastic sheets films and foils with full supply programs. This includes programs of sustainability, recyclability and reuse of materials to support practices for environmental enhancement and profit stability for our much valued clients.

In 2009 PMP Technologies was founded in a Joint Venture to capture PMP’s core competencies and intellectual property. This also allowed us to assist our existing and new clients also supply partners in training on all forms of use of plastic, synthetic and plant based polymers for chosen manufacturing or specific applications. PMP Technologies helps in materials specifications, tool design, prototyping and training in production.
